Morris Tate planned and executed a campaign to promote Kentec’s solution to detect, prevent and suppress fires in the fast-growing Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) market.
A thorny challenge for operators and fire services, the potential for fires at remote BESS installations previously presented such a risk that some authorities simply advocated a ‘let it burn’ approach.

Leveraging the expertise of Kentec executives and the innovation of its products, we designed a campaign that educated audiences on how fire risk could be identified and managed – effectively and remotely – using Kentec technology. The campaign outlined the regulatory environment, provided clarity to counter common confusion around the subject, and gave users practical guidance on how to address fire risk.

We created a suite of content including an eBook, blogs, social media and website content, a feature article for press use. We prepared executives for a podcast secured through media outreach, and supported them with presentations for industry events. Kentec is now widely recognised as a leader in this emerging area of fire protection.
